Standard System Warranty
Every system integration performed by Wakefield includes a one-year comprehensive system warranty that, when coupled with equipment manufacturer warranties, provides additional peace of mind allowing your team to stay focused on their core business activities. We offer several options to extend your warranty for up to five years.
Included in your standard one-year warranty, Wakefield provides two onsite inspections; these inspections are scheduled in advance to ensure that your systems are still performing as designed. If your system wasn’t designed and installed by Wakefield, you can still request a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA). In fact, our team can even be scheduled for a single “break-fix” service call. We’re confident that once you experience our quick and knowledgeable service team, you will want us on call to handle a problematic system or as an onsite safety net for a mission-critical event.
Wakefield can provide a full-time AV support technician functioning as one of your own team members, working to perform room setup, event support, routine maintenance, and training for your other team members.
